growing aerospace in washington

The Washington Aerospace Partnership exists to allow leaders from business, labor and local government to work together to support and grow the aerospace cluster in Washington State.

To do that, we support the execution of the Washington State Aerospace Industry Strategy and its goals of:

Growing and Diversifying Washington’s Aerospace Cluster− building upon strengths, allowing existing companies to thrive, attracting new investments, and diversifying the industry;

Cultivating a Deep and Talented Aerospace Workforce − developing a robust pipeline of aerospace workers, preschool to graduate school;

Fostering a Culture of Aerospace Innovation − facilitating discovery of new technologies; and

Linking Washington’s Aerospace “Support Chain” − organizing across the state to support the industry and ensuring a healthy business climate.

Washington State has been a center of excellence in aerospace manufacturing and innovation for more than 100 years. Our goal is to ensure our region remains the world leader in aerospace design, development, and manufacturing for the next century. Incorporated as a 501(c)4 non-profit in August 2012, the Washington Aerospace Partnership is led by:
